New Experiences
This past week has been a plethora of new experiences for my baby. Last Friday and Saturday we spent our time enjoying the beautiful weather in Delta. Milly spent most of her time hanging out in the shade in the arms of her Grandma and Grandpa Toone, and Aunt Kelsi and Uncle Joseph. We did put her down long enough to take some cute pictures of her in her swimsuit. We also went on our very first walk while in Delta and Milly rode in her Moby wrap (it's her favorite way to travel :) ). Jeff spent his time wake boarding, tubing and cruising around on the wave-runners. I even went on a couple wave-runner rides myself, though I was very careful to not end up in the water. Milly also got her very first tub bath which she absolutely loved. It definitely has been a very fun and eventful week!
Wearing her super cute swimsuit even if it will never get wet!
Peek-a-boo!
Showing of the Moby wrap.
The family on our first family walk.
We had to get a motion shot to prove that we actually went on a walk.
It was over 80 degrees on Saturday and she squirmed her way out of her blankets. She couldn't quite get rid of the socks though.
First bath!
She loved it until she had to get out.
I made her do some more modeling while I tried my hand at photography.
Happy baby Milly!

TWO WEEKS!!!
We reached the two week mark, YAY!!! At her two week check up she was 90% in height, 75% in weight (she likes to eat ;) ) and 50% in her head. Thats in comparision to her first week check up when she was 75% in height, 50% in weight and 25% in her head. She is just a growin!
Our little boxer!
Not really sure what's happening here, maybe she is not so sure about her bath!

ONE WEEK!
Milly is one week today! I can't figure out where the first week went, it has literally flown by. She is going so fast, mostly due to the fact that her favorite hobby is eating, followed closely by sleeping. She is absolutely beautiful and we are enjoying every minute we get to spend with her!
Happy to be one week old!
She is always striking poses!
AHHHHHH....
CHOO!!!
Our cute little family!
Our first shopping adventure (please ignore the fact that I am still super puffy:) ). We only had a few clothes that fit her so on Tuesday we took a family trip to Carter's. She stayed in the car seat covered the whole time, but none the less it was her very first shopping trip.

LIBERATED AT LAST
Everyone shout hooray!!! Milly has been released from the prison of lights. We are so excited to be able to cuddle our little angel again. Her Bilirubin level was back to normal so she is once again back in our arms. Between Jeff and I and all of our family she is never put down. Though she no longer has to spend time in the lights, today has been very traumatic for her. The first sample they took at the doctor's office to check her Bilirubin level didn't work so we had to go back to the office and get another. Needless to say she did not like being poked once let alone twice in one day. However she is happy now and as beautiful as ever! She also spent her very first night in the bassinet last night and got her very first sponge bath at home.
Off to the Doctor's office to get her Bilirubin checked.
First Sponge Bath.
She was fine until she peed all over herself. Now I know you leave the diaper on until you are ready to clean there. :)
First night out of the lights and in the bassinet.
We love this little beauty!

Fun in the Sun... sort of!
Our cute little bundle of joy has been working hard on her tan. She had a slightly high Bilirubin count and as a precaution she has been baking under the lights in the comfort of our living room. It has been excruciatingly difficult not to be able to hold and snuggle her all the time, instead we just sit right next to her and watch her strike the cutest poses. Thankfully I still get to feed her so I'm guaranteed a little snuggle time every three hours, but poor Jeff is going crazy so much that he wants to change all her dirty diapers so he can have sometime with her. We are both extremely excited for this small phase to be over though when that may be remains to be seen (hopefully tomorrow).
She struck all these poses all by herself! Jeff calls her his little Snookie... Hopefully she doesn't get quite so orange.
Just hanging out, catching some rays!
Cute little bug eyes!
NEW ARRIVAL
Mildred Jane Toone
Born on June 3rd, 2011 at 1:23am
She weighed 7 lbs 12 ounces and was 20.5 inches in length
Baby and mom are both doing great!
I am still amazed every time I look down at our beautiful baby girl. It is an absolute miracle that this little girl grew to be what she is now inside of me. I can not comprehend, let alone describe the peace I feel every time I look at her darling face. She is the light of our lives and Jeff and I couldn't be more joyful to have such a profound blessing join our family.
I was induced at 7 am Thursday morning, but Milly was determined to wait for Friday.
There is the face we love so much. She really does have one of the cutest crys I have ever heard.
Jeff changing Milly's very first dirty diaper. I coached him through the whole thing to make sure he got it right :)! I have yet change her diaper (even though making dirty diapers is one of her many talents) Jeff is always right on top of it. He refers to it as his quality time with her since I do all the feeding.
Proud dad! He really is amazing. His eyes simply sparkle every time he lays his eyes on his little girl.
My little snuggle muffin! I still can't believe she is mine.
It's hard to tell who loves who more.
Totally content with daddy.
My precious angel.
Our small bundle has truly and totally changed our lives forever and much for the better.
